100km Solo

Start 100 km solo Saturday at 9:00 am

100 km open race (free) individual registration
Registration for the open race is possible in the following categories:
Men: Msen, M40, M50, M60
Women: Wsen W40, W50, W60
Men are classified in the relevant category on the day of the start at which they reaches the indicated suffering time. The minimum age for participation in the 100 km is 21 years on the day of the start.

Dutch 100 km championship (under conditions) individual registration
The Dutch 100 km championship is associated with the RUN 2023. To participate in this championship, one must have Dutch nationality and have a competition license from the Athletics Union. In order for the National Championships to go ahead, there must be at least 5 participants (m/f) on the starting list, of which at least 3 will start. If fewer than 5 participants (m/f) register, the participants who have registered must receive a message as soon as possible about the cancellation of the NK in question.
The championship is open to the following categories: men and women. The athletes who participate in the Dutch championship automatically participate in the open competition. There are no age categories at the NK.


Mandatory E-Learning
The E-Learning program has already been made mandatory by the Athletics Union in 2020 for the Dutch Track Athletics Championships and they are preparing to also make this mandatory for the Dutch Track Championships from 2023. Road and Cross. We advise participants in the Dutch 100Km Championship to register with the Dutch Doping Authority and then complete the E-Learning program and at least the Bronze package. By studying this program, one is better prepared for the Dutch Championship, where a number of participants will be required to cooperate in doping control. There is also a module for supervisors and coaches and it is certainly recommended to take it
