On September 13, 2025, it's time! Then Stichting Ultraloop Winschoten organizes the 49th RUN of Winschoten. On this Saturday, three National Championships
will be organized. These are the NK 100 km, NK 50 km and the NK 10x10 relay for municipalities.
In 2024, the NK Relay for Municipalities will be organized for the first time.
Municipalities from all over the country are welcome to participate. Stichting Ultraloop
Winschoten and home municipality Oldambt challenge all administrators and civil servants of municipalities in
the Netherlands to participate.
All 342 municipalities are invited for this and we hope that many will respond.
The RUN course has a length of 10 km through Winschoten, the first part you run through the green lung of Winschoten and the 2nd part to the Finish will surprise you.
Many streets are decorated and the public will cheer you on throughout the course.
Participating municipalities are all assigned a place in the `athletes village` at the start/finish location
. This base is equipped with all conveniences. In addition to participating in the competition, it is
therefore an excellent opportunity to meet and network with colleagues from other municipalities.
