The Athletics Union regulations are followed. The exception is that running with music is allowed in the relay. NB! On the 50 and 100 km it is not allowed to run with music. There is control. Please take into account the other participants and the organization's vehicles that may want to pass you.
Because the National Championship 100 km is held simultaneously with the open race, club clothing is not mandatory. Club clothing is appreciated, especially at the awards ceremony.
