Teams consist of a maximum of 10 and a minimum of 5 people. A runner is allowed to run two or more legs. However, changes need to be made. You can participate from the age of 16. You can register for the open 10 x 10 relay competition in the following categories: Athletics and sports clubs, company teams*, women's teams and other teams.
*) For teams in the company category, a team consists of employees supplemented with a maximum of three guest runners. The guest runners must have a relationship with the company or the employees in some way.
Registration costs:
Relay team 10x10 km
€ 195.00 from March 1 to August 1
€ 225.00 from August 1 to August 30
